How We Got Here

TIMPIA started from frustration.

We kept seeing the same pattern: companies paying six figures to agencies with impressive slide decks, then waiting 6 months for underwhelming results. Layers of project managers, "discovery phases" that discover nothing, and developers who'd never touched production AI systems trying to figure it out on your budget.

We knew there was a better way.

Not by cutting corners. By cutting waste. We're engineers first. We've built real systems, shipped real products, solved real problems. The difference is we don't have 15 people in the room who all need to justify their salaries.

That knowledge lets us move fast. We use AI to handle the repetitive scaffolding work so we can focus on the hard parts: the architecture decisions, the edge cases, the things that actually determine whether your system works at scale or breaks the moment real users touch it.

Pică Ovidiu

I'm the person designing your system architecture, writing the pipelines, and making sure everything actually works when real data hits it.

My background: I won Samsung Solve for Tomorrow Romania building WriteED, an intelligent pen that uses IMU sensors and machine learning to correct handwriting in real-time. Not a wrapper around an API. Actual signal processing, custom models, hardware integration.

Now I build AI systems for energy companies processing grid data, financial platforms handling 100,000+ row datasets, and enterprise clients who need solutions that work. Not demos that look good in a pitch meeting.

I care about the details most people skip: latency, error handling, what happens when the model returns something unexpected, how the system degrades under load.

David Bobeica

David is the reason our software doesn't just function. It feels right.

He handles everything users actually see and touch: the interfaces, the interactions, the performance optimizations that make an app feel instant instead of sluggish. Design systems that scale, component architectures that don't become spaghetti after three months, the pixel-level polish that separates "this works" from "this is professional."

When we ship a product, David makes sure it's something you're proud to show clients. Not something you have to apologize for.

Your data stays in Europe. We're not routing anything through US servers or offshore teams in jurisdictions with different privacy standards. We understand compliance because we live under the same regulations you do. It's not a checkbox for us, it's just how we build.
